That's one question - I love to answer! Nah I am NOT afraid of Death! Why should you be? Why should you bother about the life after death..... The Life after death is certainly going to be what you were doing in your present life... Hence, live your life at present as if you are going to win paradise after death. So then if you are leading a good life now, why worry of the death in that case! Live and Let Live - Love thy neighbour as thy self!

My views of death are wayy different.Its not abt being afraid.You basically enter a realm of eternal bliss,far away from the pettiness and trivial things that make up this life of ours.when we die we leave all our greed and materialistic pleasures in the same way we got it....that is from dust we cometh nd in dust we mixeth......nice post....you could have elaborated a bit more....and as for afterlife there is this phenomenon called astral or out of body experience.it happens(not verrryyy rare) when you are close to death.Scientists are still trying to explain the phenomenon as it has baffled them for years.anyway i shall end it here ....keep posting nd if u get time do check out my blog too

to be afraid of deat, shud v not first understand what it actually is?
i mean, at this pt of time, widout understanding it, all v r doing is look at it from a state of existence (or non-existence) where life ceases to exist. in that case then, does the real question not be whether we are afraid of losing (arguably) our present state of being?, what is called as being alive.
besides, is it really about overcoming the fear of death or jst accepting that one day we will cease to exist the way we know of ourselves noW?
its too complicated, but the overall positive attitude that u seemingly possess cannot be missed!
makes me remember about the times when english was really a short and sweet language.
short yet effective.
i am not afraid of death..it just means dreaming in silence..
and yeah i have had a dreadful past about which i dont wanna talk about..thanks anyways..
